Contact Klean Industries — Plastic Pyrolysis Enquiries

Ready to assess a project? Tell us your feedstock, capacity, location and stage, and we will tell you what the next step actually is.

Enquiries reach the engineering and project development team directly, not a call centre. If a project is not ready for a plant — or will not work as scoped — we would rather say so at enquiry stage than after a purchase order.

What to tell us

Feedstock. What material you have, where it comes from, how secure the supply is. Polymer mix, contamination, moisture, bulk density and any PVC or PET all shape the answer. An approximate description is fine; a lab analysis is better; a contracted supply better still.

Capacity. Tonnes per day or per annum available now, and what the stream could grow to. State capacity from feedstock you can secure, not the plant size you have in mind; plants sized against forecast tonnage are the most common way these projects fail.

Location. Country, region and site status: land, grid connection, cooling water, road or port access and the permitting regime all affect capital cost and schedule.

Stage. Concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility, financing, detailed engineering, procurement, or an underperforming facility in operation. Each stage has a different correct next step.

Offtake. Who buys the output, against what specification. A named buyer with a specification sheet is the strongest signal a project is real, and it decides whether the plant needs distillation, finishing, or neither.

What happens next

A qualified enquiry is reviewed by the technical team and answered directly: is the project viable as described, and what is the realistic next step? For most, that step is a feasibility study: an independent evaluation of feedstock, mass and energy balance, capital and operating cost, offtake and permitting, structured for a lender or investment committee. Projects then proceed through detailed design and engineering to turn-key design-build-commission delivery. Narrower engagements too: technical due diligence, owner's engineering, energy and waste audits, and efficiency upgrades on underperforming facilities.

How to reach us

Send feedstock, capacity, location, stage and offtake details via the enquiry form, or email sales@kleanindustries.com directly. Klean Fuels is wholly owned by Klean Industries and part of the Klean Group; enquiries here are handled by the Klean Industries project team. Commercially sensitive information can be exchanged under a non-disclosure agreement on request.

Who we work with

Waste and materials recovery operators seeking a destination for plastic-rich reject streams; recyclers extending beyond mechanical processing; fuel producers, refiners and petrochemical companies sourcing recycled-content feedstock; industrial groups with captive plastic waste and an energy cost to offset; municipalities planning diversion infrastructure; developers, lenders and investment committees requiring independent technical validation. Engagements run from a week of due diligence to multi-year turn-key delivery, with projects across North America, Europe and Asia.

Tell Us the Four Numbers and We Will Tell You If It Works

Feedstock, capacity, location and offtake — those four inputs decide whether a plastic pyrolysis project is an asset or an expensive lesson. Send them and the technical team will respond with a direct assessment rather than a brochure.

Klean Industries delivers independent feasibility studies, technical due diligence and turn-key DBC/EPC projects, with a delivered portfolio spanning plastic pyrolysis, tire pyrolysis, recovered carbon black, pyrolysis oil and waste-to-energy facilities across North America, Europe and Asia.
